200FROST adds 200% up to NZ$750 plus 240 free spins on your first deposit from NZ$16, entered at registration. Valid for 30 days · Min deposit NZ$16 · Wagering 28x
70PHOENIX gives existing players 70% up to NZ$270 on a Monday deposit from NZ$20, entered in the cashier. Valid for 7 days · Min deposit NZ$20 · Wagering 40x
It settles the worry that a code has to be typed somewhere you cannot find.
A code that suits you
Scan the code cards for your situation, then copy the letters exactly; note the minimum deposit and the 28x wagering before you commit.
Filling the form once
Fill the form with the name and address printed on your ID, since later checks compare both; a single account per player is the rule.
A code that goes through
At the field marked for a promo code, paste the letters with no spaces or dashes; one stray character is what blocks most first attempts.
Minimum of NZ$16
Send at least NZ$16 from a method other than Skrill, because the welcome codes exclude it; your first deposit is what releases the 200FROST package.
Spins where you expect them
Open the bonus section and look for the spins and match sitting there; a missing credit usually means the code went in after the deposit.
The 27-day wagering window
Play the wagering on eligible games before the 27 days run out, keep each bet under NZ$8, and the bonus turns into balance you can withdraw.
No deposit needed

Six refusal reasons
Rejected once, accepted next time
After this list you will know which small slip refused your promo code and how to clear it.
Billybets Casino changes its list
Codes carry their own window: once it closes the cashier refuses the entry. Ask live chat for the current one for your account.
Documents first, bonus after
A pending check holds bonus funds until your documents are in. Send proof of identity and address through the profile and the entry clears.
Midway through a live offer
One offer runs at a time, so a live balance blocks the next code. Finish or forfeit the running bonus, then enter this one.
Was my deposit too small?
The smallest ask on this page is NZ$16, and reload or cashback codes want more. Add funds until you reach the figure.
Second attempt on the same code
Each code works once per player, and one account per person is the house rule. Check your bonus history before asking support to look again.
Answers from a real person
Still refused? Send the code, the amount and the clock time to live chat or the support inbox, and the team traces the entry.

70PHOENIX — 70% up to NZ$270
Every Monday, players with an account can add 70% up to NZ$270 in the cashier, with 40x wagering on the bonus and a NZ$20 minimum.
15MAGICRETURN — 15% cashback
Weekly cashback of 15% up to NZ$1,000 sits in your profile for players who have deposited at least NZ$30, and it needs only 1x wagering.
VIP and birthday gifts
The personal VIP boost of 15% comes with 10x wagering, and 30 birthday spins at 35x land without a code, and both appear in your account.
Three quiet traps
Small slips with expensive endings
This settles why a code fails, and whether claiming one is worth the effort at all.
Late code entry
A code typed after the money lands can miss the window, since the welcome offer hangs on the field shown at registration or in the cashier.
Type the code in the field before paying
Check the cashier box on each later deposit
A bonus that survives
A single bet above the NZ$8 cap can void the whole bonus, so the maximum bet figure on the card is not decoration.
Set the stake to NZ$8 or under
Recheck the cap before each session
Bonus gone, spins unused
The welcome bonus needs its 28x finished inside 27 days, and 10MAGICREELS spins vanish after 3 days, so slow play quietly loses the rest.
Track days left in your account
Clear wagering before the last day
Wagering rules and personal caps
Accepting a promo code is a choice, not a contract, and no term asks you to keep spinning once wagering ends. Loss limits, deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion sit in your account, and Gambling Helpline New Zealand answers when you need a second voice.
Self-exclusion. It closes your account for a set period you choose, with no way back until the period ends.
Session time reminders. A gentle ping at intervals you set reminds you how long you have played and lets you step away.
Loss limits. You name a figure before you start, and play stops for the day once losses reach it.
Growing with each deposit

Billybets Casino query desk
You typed it and nothing happened
After reading, you will know which code fits your account, what it pays and where to ask.
trustCan I enter a promo code in my phone browser?+
Yes, open the site in your phone browser, sign in and use the cashier field exactly as you would on a computer. That field lives in your account, so the handset screen changes nothing about where the code goes.
trustCan I use 15MAGICRETURN without wagering?+
No code here skips wagering. Every offer carries a playthrough figure, while 15MAGICRETURN asks for just one turn of the cashback; 70PHOENIX and 10MAGICREELS reach 40x.
trustWhere can I find the Gaming Control Board Curaçao?+
Billybets Casino N.V. runs under the Gaming Control Board Curaçao, licence number OGL/2009/1467/117. The company address sits in Willemstad, and that same regulator is named in the terms behind every offer.
trustWhy does cancelling a bonus remove my promo code winnings?+
You can leave the code box empty when you deposit, and that money stays as cash. Once a bonus is active, ask live chat or email to cancel it, because the bonus and any winnings built on it are removed.
trustCan I add a promo code after sign-up is done?+
Yes, a new account can still take the cashier codes 95GOLD or 35CHERRY after sign-up, and existing players can use 70PHOENIX or 15MAGICRETURN. The registration code 200FROST must go in at sign-up, so it cannot be added later.
